If there’s one thing that stood out during our stay at The Swan Hotel & Spa, it was the food. 🍽️ Our first evening started with a delicious Cumberland sausage and black pudding Scotch egg, followed by perfectly cooked fish and chips and a crispy chicken

This Windermere restaurant surprised us. Dinner at The Lamplighter Dining Rooms in Windermere. Cartmel Valley Cumberland sausage and mash. The Lamplighter burger. And sticky toffee pudding to finish. But the real star of the night… the pudding.
