Westmorland County Show 2026

Westmorland County Show is at Lane Farm, Crooklands, on Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 September 2026, open 8am to 6pm.

• Concession 65+ or student: £22
• Child 5-15: £4
• Family: £54
• Under 5: free

The ticket platform also displays full prices of £25 adult, £23 concession, £5 child and £60 family. The current discount closes on 8 September.

Free Kendal bus

The 2026 free bus has 18 departures from Kendal Bus Station at 30-minute intervals from 9.15am to 5.45pm. Services alternate between A65 and A6 loops, calling at Endmoor or Milnthorpe depending on the direction.

The final published bus leaves the showfield at 6.05pm and reaches Kendal at about 6.25pm. A Milnthorpe shuttle also runs every 30 minutes from 9.15am to 11.45am.

Parking

All show parking is free. Follow County Show signage rather than satellite navigation.

Train

Oxenholme Lake District is the nearest station, about five miles from the showground.

Accessibility

Blue Badge forward parking is available first come, first served. Accessible toilets and Mobiloo are provided, and mobility equipment can be booked through Advanced Mobility.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed on a short fixed lead but excluded from some marquees including the Food Hall and Poultry Marquee.

CG TOUR TROPHY UPDATE 2026 The Tour de France Grand Départ Trophy will be displayed on a special stand at the show on both Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 September. Information about the 2027 Tour de France in Cumbria will be available alongside it. The organiser has not published separate trophy viewing hours, so visitors should treat it as part of the show-day programme rather than a timed appearance.
