Whinlatter Forest's Room on the Broom trail runs throughout 2026, with extra Halloween fun added throughout October.
Families can look for magical cauldrons, solve extra clues and complete a Halloween crossword to earn a sticker. The Halloween activity sheet costs £1.50 or is included with the £4 Room on the Broom trail pack.
The main trail is around 1.25 miles and takes roughly an hour. It follows stone-surfaced forest tracks with moderate climbs and is described as pushchair friendly.
