What to expect
A strong nostalgia-heavy live date for fans of 1990s alternative rock, led by Saffron and built around one of the era's most recognisable anthems.
Republica come to Brewery Arts in Kendal on Friday 23 October 2026, bringing their distinctive mix of rock, electronic music and 1990s alternative pop to the Malt Room.
Fronted by Saffron, Republica broke through internationally with Ready to Go and Drop Dead Gorgeous, becoming one of the best-known female-fronted British alternative bands of the decade. Their live set combines the big hooks and electronic edge of those breakthrough singles with material from across the band's catalogue.
Trampolene are listed as support. Brewery Arts describes this as a standing Malt Room show with age guidance of 16+, with under-18s accompanied by an adult.
