Floating Sound Bath at Lakeside Hotel 2026

Lakeside Hotel & Spa hosts a series of one-hour floating sound baths in its warm indoor pool. Participants rest on a supportive float while crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong and other instruments are played around the water.

Verified 2026 sessions take place at 7pm on Thursday 17 September, Thursday 15 October and Thursday 19 November. Tickets cost £45 per person and the hotel advises arrival approximately 15 minutes early. No previous sound-bath experience is required.

The event is for adults aged 18 and over. A signed waiver is required before participation. The provider lists pregnancy at any stage, medication that causes drowsiness, unmanaged physical or mental-health conditions, being under the influence and age under 18 as reasons the experience may be unsuitable. Additional waiver criteria can be requested before purchase. Tickets are date-specific, non-refundable and non-transferable.
