The Distiller's Arms

The Distiller’s Arms is the taproom for Grasmere Distillery and one of the clearest places in the village to drink something genuinely made locally. The bar pours the distillery’s own gin and vodka alongside beer and cider brewed by the same team, with cocktails and other drinks completing the list.

It is also a food pub rather than a tasting counter. Homemade dishes use local produce where practical, and the interior combines cosy booths with a distinctive bronze bar. The connection to the working distillery at Lake View Farm gives the pub a story that goes beyond a standard village bar.
