Chestnut Villa is a small guesthouse on Keswick Road at the northern edge of Grasmere. The nineteenth-century property has been renovated while retaining period character, and its elevated position gives rooms attractive views towards the surrounding fells.
There are only a handful of individually styled rooms, making the atmosphere closer to a boutique guesthouse than a conventional hotel. Free on-site parking is a significant advantage in Grasmere, and the village centre is around a half-mile walk away, with Helm Crag and other routes also close by.
