General ward visiting usually 1 pm–8 pm, maximum 2 visitors at a time. Ward rules may vary; confirm on arrival.
Free car park in front of the main entrance, with Blue Badge bays near the doors.
From the A66/A591, take the A5271 at Crosthwaite roundabout toward Keswick, the hospital is on the left. Regular Stagecoach buses serve Keswick, around 12 minutes’ walk from the town centre. Patient Transport Service for eligible patients is provided by NWAS.
Drinking water points, baby-change, small play area in UTC, free Wi-Fi, inpatient meals, bedside TV/radio, Morris Hamilton Reading Room, aromatherapy (via Hospice at Home), and hairdresser by arrangement.
Smoke-free site. Step-free access to main entrances. Ask reception for accessible routes or assistance.
