Joey’s Café is a proudly independent, eco-focused coffee company in the heart of the Lakes, pairing a plant-based bakery with scenic café spots at Wray Castle, Claife Viewing Station, Hill Top (seasonal mobile unit) and Tarn Hows. Expect locally roasted espresso, rich hot chocolate, spiced chai and a broad choice of teas, alongside fresh bakes, pasties and cakes made with quality, Fairtrade ingredients and plenty of vegan/Allergy-friendly options.

Born in 2014 from a love of the outdoors and good coffee, Joey’s has grown into a small team of bakers and baristas dedicated to flavour, sustainability and friendly service. The Wray Castle site is home to the plant-based bakery that supplies the other cafés, so you’ll often find still-warm treats ready for walkers, cyclists and families exploring nearby trails like Claife Heights and the Tarn Hows circuit.
