Salary: From £25,396.80 per year
Hours: Full-time, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends and bank holidays)

Join the front-of-house team at The Samling, a luxury Four Red Star, Three Rosette hotel overlooking Lake Windermere. We’re looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist / Reservationist to provide an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Handling calls, emails, and guest enquiries
• Managing reservations and administrative duties
• Assisting with valet parking when required (clean driving licence essential)

About You:

• Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Previous hotel experience preferred but full training will be provided
• Friendly, organised, and dedicated to high standards of service
