The Back Bar at The Inn on the Square in Keswick is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join its hospitality team in the heart of the Lake District National Park.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for mixology and high-quality service, who enjoys leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience while supporting and motivating the bar team.

The Role
You will lead and inspire the bar team to deliver excellent service in a welcoming and vibrant setting. Responsibilities include managing and ordering bar stock, ensuring standards are consistently met, and driving sales performance to achieve business targets. You will support day-to-day operations, maintain a positive team culture, and help create an atmosphere that makes The Back Bar one of the standout venues in Keswick.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be dynamic, reliable, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills are important, along with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Previous supervisory experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
