What to expect
Big choruses, glam-rock nostalgia and John Otway's eccentric support slot make this one of The Coro's livelier winter music bookings.
Sweet come to The Coro in Ulverston on Thursday 10 December 2026, with special guest John Otway.
The glam-rock veterans built a huge run of 1970s hits including Blockbuster, Hellraiser, Ballroom Blitz, Teenage Rampage and Fox on the Run. The Ulverston show gives fans a chance to hear those songs in a theatre-sized venue rather than a festival field.
Special guest John Otway brings his own eccentric place in British rock history, from his memorable Old Grey Whistle Test appearance and 1977 hit Really Free through decades of deliberately unpredictable live performance.
The Coro lists doors at 7.30pm, the show at 8.30pm and age guidance of 14+.
