What to expect
A major touring-comedy date for Carlisle, with Wang's mix of precise observation, storytelling and cultural perspective filling the Sands Centre.
Phil Wang brings Uh Oh to The Sands Centre in Carlisle on Friday 16 April 2027.
Wang has become one of the most recognisable British stand-up comedians of his generation, combining sharp observational writing with stories about culture, identity and the oddities of everyday life.
His television, radio and international festival work has built a large audience, but the longer live format is where his tightly structured storytelling and laid-back delivery have room to develop beyond short panel-show appearances.
