What to expect
A very different Brickyard booking: solo stand-up from one of Scotland's best-known drag performers, with a deliberately sharp and unfiltered new show.
Lawrence Chaney brings the brand-new solo stand-up show Weight A Minute to The Brickyard in Carlisle on Friday 2 April 2027.
The winner of RuPaul's Drag Race UK Series 2 turns the jokes inward in this tour, tackling weight loss, dating and current affairs with the sharp, unfiltered style that made Chaney one of Scotland's most recognisable drag performers.
This is a comedy show rather than a club night or drag revue, giving Carlisle audiences a chance to see Chaney in a more stripped-back solo format.
