Christmas at Muncaster Castle transforms the historic house and gardens into a festive wonderland. Families can meet Father Christmas in his cosy grotto and send magical letters, then wander the illuminated winter trails, enjoy seasonal music, browse for gifts and warm up with festive treats across the estate. There are also lively Christmas party options in The Weapons Hall for families, friends and workmates. Schools can book special Christmas Castle tours with an optional Father Christmas meet and greet from 9 to 19 December. Dates and full programme details will be announced on the Muncaster website, so check back and book early to secure your preferred slot.
