The new venue offers everything fans already love, from aromatic curries to classic Bengali dishes, and introduces even more variety with a fresh English and Western lunch menu.</p> <p>Guests can also enjoy a brand-new cocktail and mocktail selection, adding a modern twist to the dining experience. Owned by Aida Dainyte and head chef Abul Kalam, and managed by Kamrul Islam Manna, the team have poured their passion into creating a warm, welcoming space that celebrates flavour and hospitality.</p> <p>Chef Kalam, well known in Carlisle’s food scene, is delighted to be returning to the city.
